The Aviation Safety Department (ASD) encourages all aviation personnel to report safety-related concerns voluntarily and in good faith. This voluntary reporting system is designed to be:
Confidential – Reporter identity is protected unless disclosure is legally required for safety reasons.
Non-Punitive – Reports made in good faith will not result in enforcement action.
Proactive – Reports help identify risks and improve the safety of the aviation system in Kuwait.
